Refund Policy

At Oud Al Yasmine, we are committed to providing you with high-quality fragrances and a satisfying shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging (including any cellophane wrap or protective seals).
  • Partially used or opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  1. Email hello@oudalyasmine.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging.
  2. We will assess the issue and provide either a replacement or a refund.
  3. Securely package the item(s) and return them according to our instructions.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our Customer Care Team at hello@oudalyasmine.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  3. Securely package the item(s) and ship them back to us using the provided instructions.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a full refund (minus any shipping charges, if applicable) will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Opened, used, or tampered-with products.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange a product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
